Jo Rusten

Jo Rusten is an experienced HR professional with approximately 14 years in the field. They held positions including Senior Consultant at Oslo Politidistrikt from 2009 to 2012, and they served as EVP/Divisjonsdirektør People Business Partner and later as EVP/Divisjonsdirektør People Advisory at DNB from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Jo leads a team of about 30 skilled HR specialists responsible for DNB's strategic staffing management and serves on the leadership team for People & Communication. Jo's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Høgskolen i Oslo and a Master of Science from Høgskolen i Sør-Trøndelag.
