Lars Frøyland

Lars Frøyland is currently a Tech Recruiter at DNB, working to transform the company into a technology-driven financial institution. With a focus on candidate experience and a background in IT recruitment since 2010, Lars has held various roles across notable organizations, including Fremtind and Dfind Norge. Lars holds a Master’s degree in Technology, Organization, and Learning from the University of Oslo, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from the same institution and an exchange experience at the University of California, Berkeley. DNV GL certified, Lars utilizes a range of assessments in their recruitment processes and acts as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders.
