Mari Hellesylt

Mari Hellesylt has extensive experience in the fields of people governance, industrial relations, and legal advisory roles within prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Advisor in People Governance at DNB since August 2018, Mari contributes to one of Norway's largest financial service groups. Prior to this role, Mari held various senior positions at Telenor ASA from January 2006 to June 2018, including Director of Industrial Relations and Labour Rights, where responsibilities included executing employee involvement strategies and advising on legal matters within industrial relations. Additional roles included Director of Employer Responsibility and legal advisory positions. Earlier experience includes legal roles at Advokatfirmaet Schjødt and a position as a Prosecutor at Asker og Bærum politidistrikt. Mari holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Oslo and has further education from Scuola Leonardo da Vinci.
