Peter Cassizzi currently serves as the Branch Head of Compliance and Legal Counsel for DNB Bank ASA's London Branch, specializing in large corporates and internationals banking division since February 2016. Prior to this role, Peter worked as an attorney in the Group Legal department at DNB Bank ASA, offering legal advice to the corporate banking division from September 2005 to July 2014, and served as First Vice President and documentation advisor at the New York Branch. Peter's legal career commenced at Haavind Vislie AS, where experience was gained in corporate law, contract law, M&A, securitization, tort law, and litigation from May 2002 to September 2005. Peter holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School and a Cand.jur. in Law from the University of Oslo.
