Rigmor Bråthen is currently the leader of DNB Finanshus Trondheim and has been involved in various managerial roles within the banking sector since the late 1980s. They served as a regional bank manager for Corporate Banking in Trøndelag at DNB from 2016 to 2024, and previously held similar positions at Danske Bank and Sparebanken Midt Norge. Rigmor has also been active in leadership roles outside the banking industry, notably as chairman of Adolf Øiens fond for Næringsutvikling since 2019, which focuses on promoting business development in Trondheim and surrounding areas.
