Rolf Sten Andersen

Rolf Sten Andersen is an experienced leader currently serving as the Head of AO Mainframe at DNB, with a career spanning over 25 years in leadership, personnel responsibility, organizational development, sales, and customer service. Prior to this role, Rolf held various managerial positions at SEB Kort, including Head of Sales for the Nordic region and COO, and contributed as a board member at Foodsteps. Rolf has also provided consultancy services through RSAndersen Consulting and engaged in pro bono work with Prospera. Rolf earned a Master's degree in International Marketing from Handelshøyskolen i Oslo and completed military education at Sjøkrigsskolen.
