Samip Bhurtel

Samip Bhurtel is an experienced technology professional currently serving as an Analytics Platform Engineer at DNB since June 2023. Prior to this role, Samip worked as a Software Engineer at Insight by Volue from November 2021 to June 2023, and held the position of Artificial Intelligence Researcher at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University from August 2019 to November 2021, contributing to the Repro AI project and serving as a Teaching Assistant in machine learning and computer vision. Samip has also worked as a Research Assistant in Data Science at the University of Oslo, focusing on Norwegian Oil and Gas companies, and as a Data Engineer at Leapfrog Technology, Inc., where significant research on innovative technologies took place. Samip holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Apex College, completed between 2012 and 2016.
