Prior to this, Sven held several positions at Gjensidige from 1997 to 2004, including Banksjef for Large Clients in Energy, and worked at Statkraft from 1994 to 1997 as Market Responsible and Senior Consultant in Analysis. Early career experience includes a consultancy role at Oppdal Everk AS from 1992 to 1994, contributing to energy services and system development.
