Thomas Sæter serves as the Seksjonsleder of DNB Consulting and the Executive Vice President for Group Initiatives at DNB, leading critical internal strategy and consulting practices since January 2017. With a robust background in transformation program management and consulting, Thomas has previously held roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Deloitte Norway, specializing in operational excellence and business process improvement. Thomas began career development at DNB in customer consulting, with earlier experience in sales at Nova Vista AS and Møller Bil Ålesund. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics, complemented by studies at Alliance Manchester Business School and BI Norwegian Business School.
