Wenche Fredriksen

Wenche Fredriksen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in inclusion and diversity leadership. Currently serving as the SVP Head of Inclusion & Diversity at DNB since January 2022, Wenche previously held various roles at Accenture from June 1991 to January 2022, including Nordic Inclusion & Diversity Lead, Human Capital & Diversity Lead, Human Capital & Diversity Manager, and Manager of Change Management Services. Wenche's academic background includes a Cand.Polit degree in political science from the University of Oslo, complemented by a Cand.Mag degree from the same institution, along with foundational education from Hatboro-Horsham Senior High School, graduating in 1982.
