Alan Randolph

Alan Randolph is a Senior Consultant and Program Development Lead at DNV Healthcare, where they conduct national survey activities for accreditation compliance. Previously, they served as a Sustainability Program Manager at Waste Management, Inc., significantly enhancing recycling rates and generating substantial savings for healthcare clients. Alan also held the position of Manager of Support Operations at Advocate Christ Medical Center, where they transformed sustainability processes and led numerous operational improvements. They hold a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis and are currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Compliance from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
