Bianca Smith

Bianca Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and legislative roles. Currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Project Manager at DNV since November 2021, Bianca has previously held significant positions at Seattle City Light, including Electrification & Strategic Technology Sr. Project Lead and Sr. Management System Analyst, Technology Innovation, from July 2016 to November 2021. Prior to that, Bianca worked as a Legislative Aide for the City of Seattle's Office of Intergovernmental Relations and gained editorial and analytical experience at BLR. Additional experience includes roles at the New York State Assembly as a Regional Communications Coordinator and Legislative Assistant. Bianca holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Louisville and a BA in Political Science from the University at Albany, SUNY, complemented by completion of the Leading Digital Transformation Programme at INSEAD in 2022.
