Dan Belin

Dan Belin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and energy markets. Currently, Dan serves as the Principal Project Manager and US Team Lead at DNV, while also acting as the Energy Market Leader at VHB since March 2020, focusing on project delivery and revenue growth in Massachusetts. Prior roles include Principal and Practice Area Lead for Power Delivery at Ecology and Environment, Inc., where Dan oversaw nationwide business development and project execution in electric transmission and renewable energy sectors. Dan's career also includes significant roles at Environmental Resources Management and the US Forest Service, with expertise in environmental impact assessments and ecological research. Dan holds a B.A. in History and Environmental Studies from Yale University, and an M.S. in Forestry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
