Daniel Ferraz

Daniel Ferraz is the Head of Section for Approval and Site Operations in Maritime South America, managing a team dedicated to operational excellence in Brazil. They began their career as a trainee in 2002 at an Offshore Davit Manufacturer, later working at Jaakko Pöyry and Bureau Veritas before joining Det Norske Veritas in 2007. Since then, Daniel has performed critical engineering roles, focusing on plan approvals for ships and offshore units, while also acting as Project Manager Approval for supply vessels. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
