Embla Holten

Embla Holten is an experienced professional currently serving as a Venture Builder and Innovator at DNV, where strategic focus is placed on developing recurring revenue and SaaS solutions, alongside co-founding a startup aimed at enhancing circularity in the wind industry. Previous roles include Project Manager and Engineer in Subsea Technology, as well as Engineer in DNV Riser Technology, where project management and engineering for offshore structures were key responsibilities. Prior to DNV, Embla Holten gained experience as a Service Engineer at Moen Marin AS, developing maintenance plans for the aquaculture sector, and held internships in naval architecture and ship production, providing a solid foundation in marine technology. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and studies at Stellenbosch University.
