Florian Bourra is a seasoned Solar PV Engineer with a strong background in renewable energy and engineering. Currently employed at DNV GL since November 2015, Florian specializes in technical due diligence reviews and independent engineering services. Previously, at RTS Energy from May 2013 to June 2015, Florian developed the technical aspects of the El Pilar Los Amarillos solar park and oversaw quality control and installation activities at the Esperanza solar park. Earlier experience includes conducting energy audits for community buildings and developing a thermal modeling software during a tenure with the Communauté d'agglomération des Hauts de Bievres. Florian's educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Energy and Construction from the University of Buenos Aires and a General Engineer degree in Energy and Environment from EPF Engineering School.
