Jan Kingma is a Principal Consultant at DNV GL - Business Assurance NL, specializing in assurance services. With over 20 years of experience in managing information, quality, and safety, Jan has also served as a Lead Auditor and Partner at CIIO, assessing knowledge-intensive businesses against ISO 9000 standards. Currently a member of ISO TC 262 Risk Management, Jan represents IIOC and works on revising ISO 31000:2009. Jan’s background includes roles as a design engineer, quality auditor, and management consultant, and they hold a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Delft University of Technology as well as an MSc in Human Factors and System Safety from Lund University.
