Jered Hol

Jered Hol is an accomplished international HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse regions and industries. Currently serving as Regional Manager GSS HR for West, South, and East Europe at DNV since December 2014, Jered oversees a team of approximately 25 professionals managing HR services for around 2,200 employees across 21 countries. Prior to this role, Jered was the Regional Manager of GSS HR for South Asia/Pacific, focusing on HR and health, safety, and environment services for a client population of about 1,000 FTE. Jered's previous positions include Associate Director at Curve Group, Regional Head of HR Transformation and HR Director at Deutsche Bank, and Head of HR at KLM and KPN Telecom. With a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Amsterdam and additional qualifications from INSEAD, Jered possesses a strong foundation in organizational effectiveness, operational strategies, and change management.
