Joerg Langkabel has extensive experience in the maritime industry, having held various positions at DNV GL, including Business Director for Multi-Purpose Vessels and Regional Business Development Manager from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they serve as Area Manager for Germany at DNV, a role they have held since 2021. Joerg is also pursuing a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering at Helmut Schmidt Universität, having been enrolled since 1984, and previously completed a CI degree at Technische Marineschule Kiel in 1989.
