Josh Backwell is a seasoned engineer specializing in renewable energy with over a decade of experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Starting as a Project Manager for PV systems at EnviroGroup, Josh progressed to positions such as Project Engineer at CAT Projects and Bushlight RE System Design Coordinator at The Centre for Appropriate Technology, where responsibilities included managing system design departments and developing standalone PV systems for remote communities. Further expertise was gained as a Principal Engineer and Project Officer at ATA Alternative Technology Association, focusing on solar training curriculum development.
