Lene Satterwhite is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager for DNV since August 2023, Lene previously held significant roles such as VP HR & Global Recruitment and CHRO at Keystone Education Group from August 2020 to August 2023. Additional experience includes working as a Recruitment Manager at LINK Mobility Group, and as the Talent Acquisition Director for the Nordics at GE. Lene's background also encompasses HR management positions at GE Oil & Gas and GE Energy, as well as HR consultancy at DHL, demonstrating adept leadership over international teams and a strong focus on recruitment strategies across multiple sectors. Lene holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University.
