Ling Jiang

Ling Jiang, P.E., has extensive experience in electrical engineering, beginning as a Research Assistant at the State Grid Corporation of China from August 2012 to March 2014, focusing on renewable energy integration for a solar farm project. Jiang presented research at the Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition (ECCE 2013) as a Presenter for the IEEE Committee. At the University of California, Irvine, from September 2015 to July 2016, Jiang served as both a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Graduate Research Assistant, contributing to power distribution system modeling for Southern California Edison. Subsequently, Jiang worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at ETAP - Operation Technology, Inc. from August 2016 to May 2021, specializing in power system modeling and analysis. Currently, Jiang employs expertise as a Senior Engineer in Power System Advisory at DNV. Academic qualifications include two Master’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and the University of California, Irvine, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
