Marcin has held significant roles including Assistant Professor at Warmia and Masuria University and has been a leading auditor for a globally recognized certification organization since 1996. With a doctorate in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering, Marcin blends engineering expertise with a strong focus on developing people and organizations to enhance efficiency and quality of work.
