Mark Boyd

Mark Boyd is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer at DNV since February 2019, contributing to the transition of desktop applications to the cloud while focusing on test support and operations. Prior to this role, Mark took a sabbatical to enhance skills in Angular, AWS, and machine learning using Python and TensorFlow. A strong background in software engineering is evident from previous positions, including remote and contract roles at the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, where Mark developed new features and resolved complex software issues. Acclaimed for leadership capabilities, Mark has served as a Software Engineering Lead at Money Tree Software and Business Solutions Group, managing projects, training students, and facilitating significant improvements in software practices. Mark's experience also includes custom software development for a variety of clients while self-employed and holding positions at Money Tree Software and other companies in earlier years. Mark holds a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
