Mark Carey

Mark Carey is an experienced Asset Integrity Consultant at DNV Maritime, specializing in offshore, onshore, and subsea assets since August 2021. With a strong background as a self-employed Rig Asset Integrity Surveyor and Project Manager since 2019, Mark has conducted project audits throughout the lifecycle, managed contractor audits, and performed risk assessments. Prior roles include Project Manager and Lead Auditor at OES Oilfield Services Group, where Mark ensured compliance with operations integrity standards and led incident investigations. Mark's career began in the Royal Marines as a Commando, followed by positions in the Cambridgeshire Constabulary and as Owner/Director of Gran Alacant Property Needs. Mark holds NVQ Level 3 certifications in mechanical engineering from Open University UK.
