Niru Xavier is a Chartered Management Accountant and Global Finance Process Manager with extensive experience in operational and financial environments across various roles and geographies. They have held positions at DNV GL, where they significantly contributed to the implementation of a new Oracle finance system and managed annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Niru has also worked as a Business Controller, Key Account Executive, and Database Administrator, demonstrating creativity and a strong work ethic in high-pressure situations. They possess skills in business intelligence, data analysis, and customer relationship management, and are currently focused on improving customer experiences through financial insights and process enhancements. Niru holds an MSc in International Human Resource Management and a BBA in International Business & Management.
