Olaf Larssaether

Olaf Larssaether is a seasoned Sales Performance Director with a diverse background in leadership and sales management. They served as CEO at Synergi Solution from 2005 to 2011 and held various positions at DNV, including BD Manager Software and Program Lead for Challenger Sales between 2010 and 2022. Before their roles at DNV, they contributed to global strategies as BD Manager at Synergi Solutions and implemented risk and incident management systems as a Safety Officer with Norwegian State Railways. Olaf holds a Master's degree in Mechanics/HSEQ/Risk Management from NTNU and has also completed the BSIV Army Officer program.
