Oliver Bley

Oliver Bley serves as the Head of Department for SCPA Germany and Head of Sustainability and Supply Chain Services for SCPA Benelux at DNV since February 2023. Prior to this role, Oliver Bley was the Sustainability Lead at Plan A from October 2020 to January 2023 and worked as a Sustainability and Climate Change Consultant from August 2019 to October 2020. Previous experience includes serving as a Referent at Zukunft – Umwelt – Gesellschaft (ZUG) gGmbH and as an Advisor at the International Climate Initiative (IKI) within Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Earlier roles include Operations Analyst at The World Bank and Climate Change Sales Coordinator and Key Account Manager at TÜV NORD Group, along with being a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at IfaS - Institute for Applied Material Flow Management. Oliver Bley holds an MBA from ESMT Berlin and a Diploma in Environmental Economics and Business Management from Hochschule Trier.
