Richard Verhart

Richard Verhart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and HR strategies. Currently serving as Senior Principal Digital Officer at DNV since January 2013, Richard focuses on developing a global information model for corporate data. Prior roles include Senior Principal HR Officer, where Richard aligned business needs with HR solutions, and Global HR Service Delivery Manager, overseeing global HR services and digitalization efforts. Richard has managed significant projects, including the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud and the establishment of global shared services for HR. Earlier experience spans roles at DNV KEMA, ENGIE Services Nederland NV, AkzoNobel, Oce, and Pluriform Software, with a strong foundation in IT and HR administration complimented by a Master’s degree in Management Information Studies from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
