Robert Eckard, PhD, is a water and cleantech expert with extensive experience in strategic planning, partnership development, and funding across various sectors, including NGOs, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies. Currently, they serve as a Partner at Factor and as a Cleantech Director at DNV, while also providing strategic directives on water and advanced technology at FlowPath LLC. Previously, they worked as a Water/Energy Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton and SAIC, supporting life cycle environmental and cost analyses for energy technologies. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Ecology and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Geochemistry and Hydrologic Sciences from UC Santa Barbara and UC Davis, respectively.
