Robert Judd

Robert Judd currently serves as the Technical Director for Hydrogen and Low Carbon Fuels at DNV, a position held since April 2022. With extensive experience as Secretary General of the European Gas Research Group (GERG) since July 2012, Robert oversees all GERG activities, develops the Research and Innovation Strategy, and maintains strategic relationships within the European Union's gas sector. Prior to this role, Robert was the Director at enRJ Consulting, specializing in energy system transformation and decarbonisation from 2012 to 2022. Additionally, Robert held positions as Principal Consultant at GL Noble Denton and Advantica, and research fellowships at Cambridge University. Robert earned a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Queen Mary, University of London, and has a foundational education from Sherwood Hall Grammar School.
