Ryan Barry has extensive experience in consulting and research, currently serving as a Principal Consultant at DNV since July 2000. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as an Associate Research Analyst at Central Maine Power Company from March 1999 to July 2000 and as a Research Assistant at the Maine Statistical Analysis Center, Muskie Institute for Public Sector Innovation from June 1998 to May 2000. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management with a concentration in Finance from the University of Southern Maine, obtained between 1998 and 2000, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Government from Clark University, earned from 1993 to 1997.
