Sally Wright

Sally Wright is a Principal Wind Turbine Engineer at DNV, with 16 years of experience in wind power and over 20 years in design and project management within renewable energy, energy conservation, and power system controls. Prior to DNV, Sally served as a Research Fellow and Staff Engineer at the Renewable Energy Research Laboratory at UMass Amherst, focusing on technical project development for community-scale wind installations. Sally also held positions as Board Chair at Co-op Power and worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Trigen Ewing Power, where design and management of steam turbine cogeneration generators were key responsibilities. Sally holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine at Orono and a BA in Computer Science from Williams College.
