Steve Perks

Steve Perks has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition roles. Steve is currently employed at DNV as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ellistan Consulting as a Director, providing resourcing consultancy and coaching to organizations. Steve also worked at Amey as an Early Careers Recruitment Manager, responsible for planning and delivering all attraction, assessment, and selection activities for early careers recruitment. Before that, they served as a Regional Recruitment Director for Europe at SNC-Lavalin and as a Recruitment Manager at DNV GL. Steve has also held recruitment positions at GL Noble Denton and Advantica, managing recruitment activities and establishing processes and documentation. Starting off their career, they worked at Newlay Styles & Partners, Jonathan Wren Executive, and PSD Group in various HR positions.

Steve Perks completed their BA Hons degree in History at Lancaster University from 1992 to 1995. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a PGCE degree in History from the University of Worcester from 1995 to 1996.
