Svante Einarsson

Svante Einarsson is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and risk management, with a background in both maritime and industrial sectors. Einarsson served as a Senior Cyber Security Advisor at DNV GL from June 2014 to January 2021 and held multiple leadership roles at DNV from January 2021 to May 2022, including Team Leader Cyber Security and Head of Cyber Security for Maritime and the APAC region. Prior to joining DNV, Einarsson worked at Gesellschaft für Reaktor- und Anlagensicherheit (GRS) GmbH from July 2008 to May 2014 as a Scientific Researcher and Project Leader, focusing on safety and risk analyses. Einarsson holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Safety Engineering, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, completed between 2002 and 2008.
