Tim van Benthem is a Senior Engineer in Solar at DNV since May 2018, specializing in solar energy assessments in Northern Europe, digitalization of energy assessments using Python, and conducting technical due diligence for large-scale solar projects. Previously, Tim served as a Solar Engineer, providing technical advice on international utility-scale solar PV projects and leading regional practice for solar energy assessments. Tim's early experience includes a Master's internship focused on developing Gallium Arsenide solar cells at Radboud University Nijmegen and a summer role in the Intellectual Property Litigation department at Synthon. Tim holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, both from Radboud University.
