Victor Lam

Victor Lam is a Senior Civil/Hydrologic Engineer at DNV, with extensive experience in water resource engineering, hydraulics, hydrology, and stormwater management. Previously, Victor worked as a Water Resource Engineer at the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority, where they specialized in flood management, and at Northwest Hydraulic Consultants. Their earlier career includes roles as a Civil/Municipal Engineer at Husson Engineering + Management and as a Design Engineer at Aplin Martin. Victor holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
