Cesar Ayala

Cesar Ayala has extensive experience in IT support and infrastructure engineering, beginning with a role as a Support Services Technician at ITech from January 2014 to June 2015. Cesar later advanced to a position at Kering from June 2015 to October 2018, providing first and second line support to a user base of 700 employees across luxury brands. From October 2018 to March 2020, Cesar worked at Stella McCartney as 2nd line Support and Onsite Support, managing a Level 1 Support Team and providing face-to-face assistance to over 400 users. Subsequent roles included IT Support Engineer positions at Ocubis Ltd and DO & CO AG, and currently serving as an Infrastructure Engineer at DO & CO AG since October 2021. Responsibilities have included Active Directory and file server management, VPN configuration, and VIP support for executives.
