Ed Walker

Ed Walker has worked in the hospitality industry for over twenty years, starting as a KP and rising to the position of Operations Manager at DO & CO AG, where they currently contribute to the innovative Café Nespresso concept. Previously, Ed held the role of Area Manager at Costa Coffee, overseeing 13 stores and receiving a national Transformation Award for excellence in team engagement. They also served as Deputy Manager at Mitchells & Butlers PLC, achieving significant sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Ed holds a Bachelor of Technology in Tourism and Travel Services Management with distinction from UNIC. An avid self-taught musician, Ed enjoys writing for piano and orchestra, and they have a passion for fantasy literature and poetry.
