Stephan Plut

Stephan Plut is currently the Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing for DO & CO Hotels in Munich and Vienna, overseeing commercial operations including sales, marketing, and events. Previously, they held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Locke Hotels, where they led the market entry campaign for four design and lifestyle Aparthotels in major European cities. Their extensive experience includes roles at Hilton Worldwide, Hotel Bayerischer Hof München, and various hospitality internships. Stephan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Tourism Management from London Metropolitan University and has completed studies at several institutions, including UCLA and Fachhochschule München.
