DO & CO AG (DO & CO Restaurants & Catering AG) is an Austria-based foodservice company. It is active within three business areas. The Airline Catering division provides gourmet food for passengers of more than 60 airline companies, such as Austrian Airlines, Turkish Airlines, African Airways, Oman Air and Air France, among others, where on long-haul flights, the Company's flying cooks prepare fresh meals on-board. Its International Event Catering division provides such services as handling the menu and the provision of food for sporting events worldwide, including tennis and golf tournaments, skiing events and Formula One Grand Prix races. The Restaurants, Lounges & Hotel division consists of seven segments: Restaurants, Lounges, Hotel, Demel, Staff Restaurants, Railway Catering and Retail. The Company operates a number of subsidiaries. In June 2014, it announced acquisition of 100% shares in Financiere Hediard SA, parent company of Hediard SA, from Luxury Investments SA.
