João Torres is currently the Head of Delivery for the Americas at valantic LCS, a role they began in 2025. Prior to this position, they served as a Delivery Manager at the same company, leading multiple cross-functional teams and contributing to significant revenue growth. João co-founded Uxtopia, a UX testing SaaS platform, and held the position of Product Manager from 2016 to 2018. They then worked as an Agile Project Manager at Do iT Lean from 2018 to 2021, where they led award-winning projects recognized for innovation. João holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Essex and a degree in Bioengineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
