Judith Guttkorn

Judith Guttkorn is the Head of Talents at DO IT! since 2014, where they lead talent management and employer branding efforts, overseeing the entire process of recruitment and HR strategy. Prior to this role, Judith served as the Head of Recruitment at Knieper Consulting AG and as a Senior Manager of Candidate Relations at Hays, where they were responsible for international applicant selection and negotiations. Judith's early career included positions at Trillion Dollar Company and Circus-Theater Roncalli, where they gained valuable experience in recruitment and organizational support. Judith holds a degree in Diplom-Pädagogik focused on organizational and personnel development from Universität Dortmund.
