In 2008, DO Recruitment Advisors was established by Nathalie Delebois and Sinéad O'Donnell (hence the D & the O!). Having both spent our entire working career in Luxembourg, we understand the intricacies, the complexities and the rewards of recruiting in this great little country, Luxembourg.
When we saw a niche in the market for a high caliber boutique recruitment agency in Luxembourg, where professionalism and transparency work hand-in-hand, we created a no fuss simplistic route to staffing, bringing people back into the forefront of recruitment. Our slogan “People DO matter” emphasises the philosophy that our company is based on. A Company is only as good as the people they hire and this is a reflection of how we operate. Many people ask what makes us different, and we always reply that it is our approach to people and our commitment and love for what we do. We focus on quality, working in partnership with talented and skilled individuals. Whether a client or a candidate, our objective is to deliver excellence to both parties with our personally tailored service to you. This niche that we saw all of those years ago, paved the way for the award winning recruitment agency that is today DO Recruitment Advisors.
At DO Recruitment Advisors, we recruit middle management to executive level under permanent contracts. The profiles we recruit include accounting, finance, tax, treasury, legal, risk & compliance, HR, administration, sales & marketing and board/directorship searches.
