Dan Worthmann

Dan Worthmann is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager currently leading the talent acquisition function at Doble Engineering Company since February 2023, where responsibilities include building college programs and executing executive and international searches. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Dell from December 2005 to February 2023, overseeing a team of over 20 recruiters and managing all hiring for Product Operations in North America. Dan's earlier experience includes serving as a US Corporate Recruiter/HR at ATI Research from January 1999 to December 2005, responsible for hiring across multiple US facilities, and as a Recruiting Manager at Judge Technical Services from January 1993 to January 1998, managing a team of recruiters for high-tech IT placements. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
