Danielle Morcone, SHRM-CP, is currently working as a Senior HR Generalist/Business Partner at Doble Engineering Company, where they are responsible for delivering best practices, policies, and HR services to all levels of staff. Prior to their current role, they worked at Assurance Technology Corporation as a Human Resources professional from January 2016 to March 2022.

Danielle Morcone, SHRM-CP, received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Worcester State University from 2008 to 2012. In June 2023, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
