John Whinery

John Whinery has extensive work experience in the field of IT support. John most recently worked as a Product Support Specialist at Doble Engineering Company starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Administrator at Matrixforce from July 2018 to March 2020. John also served as a Service Desk Coordinator at SpringPoint Technologies from March 2012 to July 2018. Before that, they held positions at Hilti and Verizon Data Services, where they provided IT support and account administration. John began their career as a Lead Helpdesk Technician at MCI Corporation, where they provided customer support and played a key role in establishing an outage reporting team.

John Whinery attended Northeastern State University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
