Kyle Bulens

Kyle Bulens' work experience began in 2013 when they joined RITE AID as a Customer Service Associate, a role they held for five years until 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Amherst Media, where they scheduled promotional posts and gained experience with social media analytics. Kyle'sgraphic design skills were utilized in designing digital posters and event programs using Canva. Since 2020, Kyle has been employed at Doble Engineering Company, starting as a Technical Writer and being promoted to the role of Technical Writer II in November 2022.

Kyle Bulens earned an Associate's degree in English from Massachusetts Bay Community College from 2016 to 2018. Kyle then pursued further education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in Professional Writing and Technical Communication from 2018 to 2020.
