Amanda Edwards

Amanda Edwards serves as Chief People Officer at DOC. Her areas of expertise include talent management, team building, organizational development, training, leadership, management coaching, employee relations, and policy development. Amanda is passionate about attracting, retaining, and motivating key talent while supporting DOC’s strategic and company objectives. Amanda is Six Sigma certified and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Winthrop University.
