Léa Poucan

Léa Poucan currently serves as the Responsable des Ressources Humaines at Docaposte since September 2025. Previously, Léa worked as an HRBP at SOCOTEC from October 2020 to August 2025, where responsibilities included developing human resources, managing an in-house training program, and overseeing various funding initiatives. Léa also contributed to general HR functions for an industrial sector with a workforce of 700 employees, ensuring compliance with collective agreements and supporting employees through various HR processes. Prior experiences include managing HR projects at SOCOTEC and providing customer service at Sergent Major/Natalys. Léa's academic background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Ascencia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université Paris Nanterre.
